We strictly adhere to the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We will never send you a Commercial Electronic Message (CEM), such as promotional emails or marketing workflows, without your explicit, active consent.
- No pre-Checked Boxes: When you sign up for our blog updates or digital products, any consent checkbox to receive ongoing marketing communications will be left blank by default. You must actively check it to opt-in.
- The Unsubscribe Mechanism: Every automated email sent by Fable & Foundry includes a clear, immediate, and fully functional “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom. Unsubscribe requests are processed automatically and honoured within 10 business days as required by law.
- Sender Identification: All electronic communications will explicitly identify Fable & Foundry as the sender and include our contact email.
